About Synthica

Synthica was established in January 2019 when three professionals from different backgrounds recognized a common challenge in their consulting work. Businesses were interested in AI capabilities but struggled to combine these new elements with their existing operations. The integration process often felt disjointed, with technology implemented without sufficient consideration for how it would interact with established workflows.

The founding team brought together expertise in process engineering, data science, and organizational development.
